This delightful radio show features stories and music for young children. It is broadcast live from the Santa Fe Community College. Occasionally, we have guests who read from their own work or from some of their favorite books.

Guests on Green Knees

September 13th: Alan Kapulski, who is pulling together and holding the strings of an eclectic group of musicians from this area called the Ethnosphere Music Lab, will be on the program with at least two children who will play a large assortment of instruments from all over the world tell stories, and sing songs.

September 20: Three wonderful musicians of the "Old West," - Ron Kil, Mark Gardner, and Rex Rideout - will be in the studio playing up a musical storm.

September 27: Vivaldi's Ring of Mystery performed by Classical Kids

October 4: We would like to welcome Polly Mafchir to our list of guests. She will read stories to us and will tell us about the Jewish holidays Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. There will be music. We are hopeful that the new stronger transmission will bring Green Knees to the children in Albuquerque. If so, Polly's grandson Logan will be, for her, a very special listener.

Date TBA: Elaine Pinkerton will return this fall to read yet another wonderful book.
